Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Also, depending on the gun, they may just decide to redo the C16 testing right now. Give them a break. C15/C16 can be retested anytime at this point. What we dont want is PERMANENT damage to that level that affects the other levels. They can either permanently block C15/C16 and move up, or they can temporarily block it and come back later. Many options. Lets wait for the next NR.
