RE: RE: RE: Swisher Hygiene Acquires Goldman ManagIf you read todays news release about the new credit facility with Wells Fargo they are using a 12/31 fiscal year. I had thought they were using the old Coolbrands 08/31 year. I suppose it doesn't  matter one way or another but we ought to see some news soon on the earnings since their access to the new funds is based upon release of audited financials for both 12/31/10  and 03/31/11
