The lack of dissemination has to do with Halo's choice of news disseminator which appears to be Stockwatch.

Stockwatch dissemination qualifies as proper disclosure as per the TSX guidelines (and the TSX needs to revisit this), however, Stockwatch has no reach other than their own website.  On the other hand, the major wires such as Marketwire and Canada News Wire hit all of the major online financial portals such as Yahoo, Globe Investor, StockHouse and many more. 

Although we had what I consider to be a great press release, it was a non-event as no one other than existing shareholders knows about it.

I shared my thoughts about this exact same issue with management this AM and suggested that they disseminate the news again with a proper newswire.
