Now answer this who has benefitted most from this venture
How much does kenny Chan now own of Terrawest via  his 36% holding in EE
How much did he own when the venture kicked off
How much does PTR now own fully diluted 
How much did they own when the venture started
How come the dynamic duo would not vote on certain matters couple of months ago because of conflict of interest 
Now there is no conflict of interest ,sure sign of cash call coming in from Terrawest , to be done by EE  oh guess what further dilution of PTR`s holdings
