Management

ManagementIt does seem like management has not done a great job in defending shareholder value post-announcement.  The
.20 per share posted pro forma looks to be a real mistake.
The demand, by a previous poster, to fire management, seems ludicrous.  This company was
.01 per share not too long ago, and it was the efforts of these folks that have breathed life into this lifeless corpse.  Does this deal even exist without present management?
What am I missing?
