Had a look at the purchase document last night. $8 mil cash for $16 mil sales or whatever it was, and tough to read the financial statements in italian but from what I could tell the company had an 800,000 euro loss in '09, and less than 500,000 euro loss in '10. It appears the previous owners have been retained in an 'as-needed' consulting role for up to three years.
