Over the past year Kiska's stock price has ranged from $.75 to $1.74. And they just did an offering at $1.15, plus warrants? Give me a break. The whole point of early stage fund raisings should be to minimize dilution. Tower Hill has about 115 million shares out, 20 million ounces of gold and counting, and a 10 dollar stock price. Kiska, with a similar type deposit, has 100 million shares out and a sub-one dollar stock price. What do you think their share count will be when they prove up 20 million ounces, if they are so lucky?
