Management may be thinking towards the best interest of the shareholder notwithstanding the potential furure value . This rights offering if fully subscribed is one way for them to see what/who's on deck with there goals. Just a barometer tool to check the pressure when the Majors start to bid. They don't usually do this if there has been just a one time tire kicker...but this smells like the majors are starting to circle. And if you read anything about major producers, this is there main targets the mid tiers.. Sometimes its better to take on water (dilute) and let them bail you out real nice than walk away dry and feeling frisked. Good move LSG...sends a big msg to out there to those who have done there DD.
