Alternate Symbol(s):  NBMFF

NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canadian battery materials technology company. It is focused on developing silicon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles, electronics, and energy storage systems. With a patent-protected, low-cost manufacturing process, it enables longer-running and ultra-fast charging batteries compared to existing technologies. It is a producer of silicon anode materials for the electric vehicle and energy storage industries. It is developing and optimizing its silicon anode materials, NBMSiDE, through its all-in-one manufacturing process. Its three types of products, NBMSiDE-P100, NBMSiDE-P200, and NBMSiDE-C100 are manufactured through its nanocoating technology and are based on metallurgical-grade silicon with purities of at least 99.95%. RE: RE: RE: INSIDERS SELLLING

RE: RE: RE: INSIDERS SELLLING
'Diversified' and 'International'. I did get wires crossed on that part.

HERE IS WHAT I SAID
"...[it looks like] CONSOLIDATED DIVERSIFIED INVESTMENTS IS A SHELL HOLDING CO. FOR CDI."

HERE'S WHAT I MEANT ...[it looks like] CONSOLIDATED INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS [also known as

CIIH] IS A SHELL HOLDING CO. FOR CDI-- but this is hard to prove.

HERE'S THE LOGIC:

CDI IS A DIVERSIFIED MULTINATIONAL. CDI STANDS FOR CONSOLIDATED DIVERSIFIED IVESTMENTS.

IT FOLLOWS THAT CIIH COULD WELL BE A SHELL HOLDING CO. --OR ONE OF MANY-- FOR CDI AS PART OF ITS HIGHLY-DIVERSIFIED INTERNATIONAL FINANCING ACTIVITIES. IT'S NOT UNCOMMON FOR MAJOR MULTINATIONALS TO FINANCE THROUGH MULTIPLE NUMBERED AND OBSCURE SHELL COMPANIES WHICH ARE DIFFICULT TO NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO TRACE EXCEPT BY HIGHLY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS SUCH AS FORENSIC ACCOUNTANTS AT OSC. I DON'T WANT TO 'GO THERE' TO OSC BECAUSE JOE DWEK TESTIFIED AGAINST HIS UNCLE SOLOMON AND SEEMS TO BE EXONERATED FROM WRONGDOINGS BY ASSOCIATION IN THAT CASE. I WANT TO BELIEVE ALL IS OK, BUT I WILL BE ON THE LOOKOUT.

What we do know for certain: Consolidated International Investment Holdings [CIIH] is the name of the Co. on Insider Trading Reports from Canadian Insider for recent activity on both BCG and SSR. Both have had a history with JDM. You were told 'CIIH was JDM which is a part of the Mineral fields group of companies. That explains insider activities for both SSR and BCG e.g. 'Nature of transaction: [Code] 90 - Change in the nature of ownership'. Documents are being filed in another name to reflect ownership.

WHAT I LEARNED FROM RESEARCHING SSR EARLIER ON: JDM IS MINERAL FIELDS. TIME HAS ELAPSED SINCE THEN AND YOU WERE TOLD quote: 'CIIH was JDM'-- SO NOW JDM IS CIIH, WHICH AS YOU WERE TOLD, IS A PART OF MINERAL FIELDS. THAT'S AN EXPANSION ON WHAT I DISCOVERED. SO NOW WE KNOW CIIH IS PART OF A CONGLOMERATE. BEGS THE QUESTION: WHAT OTHER 'PARTS' IS CIIH INVOLVED WITH?

THAT 'CONSOLIDATED DIVERSIFIED INVESTMENT HOLDINGS' SCAM ARTIST IN FLORIDA THAT I DUG UP MAY BE TOTALLY UNRELATED AND MAY HAVE MERELY TAKEN A NAME THAT SOUNDS RELATED TO A POWERFUL MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION TO STEAL CREDIBILITY.

EVEN SO, THERE ARE THREADS... CAUTION IS DUE. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR INVESTMENTS AND DO YOUR DD!
