The main products offered by its surety business line are contract surety bonds, commercial surety bonds, developer surety bonds, and new home warranty insurance. Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Ok - lets simplify it for you so you can understand this Wally. No one in there right mind would ever buy or sell 100 shares if they paid commission. Brokers do not buy and sell 100 shares in the market to signal each other because they then leave a trail of evIdence for IIROC to follow. They would pick up the phone if they wanted to manipulate. By the process of elimination (once you eliminate the impossible, whatever is left must be true) this is a large EFT transaction split out amongst however many stocks are part of the ETF. TSU may comprise 2% of an ETF. Hence 2% of any buy or sell in that ETF.
