RE: I sure hope

RE: I sure hopeYoure right I'm not totally up to speed on the business of hyrdo quebec,so touche you got me there. That being said what I do know is Quebecgets handout after handout. Why is that? I dont see  Quebec makingpayments to other provinces from the revenues hydro-quebec makes. Againwhy is that. They keep what is theirs and the take what isnt. Nice gigthey got going on. In a "normal" situation I'd agree that the gov'tfunding competing projects is wrong but how quebec is treated is farfrom normal and I'd think you 'd agree. How can a province that takeshandout after handout complain about it? IMO they dont get to have avoice. When they start suppoting themselves rather than take from othersthen come talk to me. Now you can see why other provinces are sick ofgiving handouts to you. The reaction quebec has to the latest commentsis rather ironic and totally hypocritical considering their position. Can't have your cake and eat it too frenchie. Karma's a B I T C H andi'm loving every minute of it. Make you a deal, the day Alberta stopsmaking payments to quebec from oil and gas is the day quebec cancomplain. cheers
