you have a good point.  I think severstal is using their freinds to buy at these prices and they have been doing this for quite some time and will continue doing this.  As long as it is not related to them as a primary source, they will continue to have these third party sources buy on their behalf for as long as it takes (IMO).  I think they believe they can wait this out, knowing that the price of gold is going to continue to go up and they continue to accumulate, slowly but surely, so they will continue to write non promoting PRs.  I need some objective opinions from us longs, as I have been buying at these prices, and hold considerable amount, as to what I am thinking as to their MO seems plausable.
