What a complete load of utter garbage I would guess your attempts to justify warn mongering have just made you a 
complete laughing stock , hysterical sorry  can`t stop laughing.
Now you can warn against scare mongering
Now you can warn against rumour mongering
Now you can warn against war mongering 
You can warn against fear mongering
However no matter what the context there is no such terminology as warn mongering , thats a fact
You just confirmed your first language is not English , nothing wrong with that , your use of the words sound more 
Asian like to me.?
Now please explain what the veiled questions are , all I did was ask you to confirm what is already in the public 
domain so I guess thats explicit basis and for some reason you got in a fuddle about Kenny chans positions?
