RE: RE: Claims ConstructionSo, the judge falls asleep and when he awakens the only thing he really understands is that the patent office has awarded two patents, one to each firm for their respective technologies. He assumes the patent office has done its job properly and spares him the need to understand the subtle differences.
His logic: If the patent office has spotted the difference, so should I. So, naturally, victory to Logmein. Couldn't be any other way. Is he going to overrule the patent office? C'mon people.
Why BH did not realize that the decision could not go any other way is beyond me.
Anyhow, the question regarding Citrix is simple. Do they have a patent for their technology? Since the answer is no, they are cooked, and that is the story that we embarked upon and invested confidently in.
This side show that we just witnessed may (I'm really hoping) have been part of that plan. "Friends" with Logmein to take down Citrix.
Anyhow, Sangeth, do you think it could be as simple as this for the judge who falls asleep during motions?
The story is Citrix. Let's not lose focus.
