Insider trading

Insider trading
There is no doubt that this is an excellent property, in an excellent location and in the right commodity(iron). This company has a very small market cap and I see the insiders are even buying a bit.  All but one that is; Gordon Jang who recently sold 200,000 at an average price of $.23. at the end of March. This is after buying 700,000 in mid March at a price of $.12. This insider  would have known about this deal before it was announced and loaded up cheap and now is selling into the market  after the announcement has been made. I question the legality of this as well as this insiders morals and committment to building a company. Being an insider does not give you the right to line your pockets while being privy to info the public does not have. This stock has a real chance to go much higher but not if insiders do not support it and are using their confidential knowledge to profit.
