RE: sinotec

RE: sinotecYou are so right BS......I would have sold some of my shares as well if I was Sinotec. They were in a 2009 private placement in which they paid .05 per unit, which gave them 1 share and a warrant for another half share (.07 if exercised in the first year, .10 if exercised in the second year after closing). The absolute most they could have paid for 48,000,000 shares is $3.2 million. They just cashed in on 8,000,000 shares for proceeds of $43.2 million, and riding another 40,000,000 shares worth $200,000,000. We're talking 76X in TWO years. THAT, my friends, is betting on the right horse LOL. The manager that made the decision to participate in CAN's private placement two years ago has probably received the Order of Mao, a stable of Mercedes', plus all the virgins he requires to service his every need for a lifetime LOL. You can bet your sweet arses that EVERY one of us would have taken a little off the table. To say otherwise is just not being honest.
