RE: Important ......You might want to take a second brush at Due Diligence before makingstuff up. It's Paul Deslauriers who is a director and an email likethat would come from management or the chairman not a director. Usually the CEO or President if IR isn't available.

First, a fund liquidating position would have shown up under insider trade summaries for the TSX.

Second, it's doubtful a new fund manager would liquidate a position forthat reason alone, let alone dump it all in one day. The volume hasbeen pretty good on FED and a fund would most likely would have taken the time toexit.

My guess it was short positions clearing out.
