The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

PTV halt is Huge for PTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The Perto Vista Halt today is awesome for PTA here at this juncture! Wake up people. This is way oversold and this will be back in the .30's and higher in the near term. PTA is so in bed with PTV; I see a lot of buying here on the PTA side as well as a HUGE SHORT COVER!!! The chart is going to have a huge up-spike this week you will see. Nay sayers continue their scare tactics here; they are a joke! Read this crap and you will see. Sure it sucks down here BUT there is a lot going on I think that wil put a smile on our faces very soon. I am waiting for the PTV PR; this may cause PTA to run. I locked and loaded at this level.
