And so it should.  Remember folks you must use the NPV of that value using some reasonable % rate that you expect you might be able to make from an alternative investment over that 25 years.
Also is your $50 cost per carat include the original mine development costs spread out over the 25 years or just the ongoing operational costs.
I am not trying to be a downer here, heck I own a lot of shares because I believe there is a lot of upside value.  But lets not forget to do ALL the calculations when doing our Napkin Math.
