Interesting conversation today

Interesting conversation todayI had lunch with my friend today who is an investment advisor for million dollar clients and up only. As we discussed our investment strategies ( I manage my own accounts plus I don't qualify, yet! ) I brought up GPR and the prospectus. As I stated before I was concerned we didn't do a buy out of another mine with the cash and instead chose to build a new mine. My friend pointed out to me that this may not be the case. He explained that it is common to not list they are doing a buy out as if they do  then they have to state the company which would be in violation of the NDA with the other company. So it's a catch 22 with the SEC.

My point isn't were buying someone or building a new mine (I don't know) but that we could be and we wouldn't know it yet. Our options are open. I think things are going to get interesting for GPR. Were working off the new shares as we are getting chubby in the total number but still using EXK as a comp I think were a 5 to 6 bucker.

$40 silver.....................coming soon (and then the pullback, LOL)
