It is non sense to blame Severstal for share price, It is about politic.     You will see this stock go up more than $3 in a year or two years.    It either by market price gold and silver blast off in sky.    It is crazy to have market value less than billions, where gold reserve more 10 times market value, not even talk silver reserve.    This company have good management team,  not like two year before.    This company is good beat in the future.
