Actually it is a lot bigger deal than you think it is.  The reason for the poor performance has been the lack of a quality mine manager, and the gentleman hired is somoene Francois Perron has been after since he became CEO.  A quality Mine Manager may be as important to the operation as anyone including the CEO.  With 13 million shares I'm tempted to buy more on this news
