Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: the usual

RE: RE: the usualJohn had mentioned in the German interview that they were seeking a "legacy" investor to fill the void in the bank financing for the power plant.  However, I beleive that some houses are positioning themselves for a perhaps a peice of the pie.  So it really could go either way.

One thing that is very difficult to ignore is the "cap" on share price.

Now that we have had the coal production up-date it would be nice to get a "power plant up-date".  John are you readiing this?
