As recently as 2 weeks ago he was buying in the low 3$ range. Around 200k shares. Over the past half year or so he's pumped over 17 mil$ into buying PNP shares.
Between him and his spouse they own over 15% of PNP shares (20 mil common), and that % goes up fully diluted.
Be glad he doesn't chew up another 8 mil shares with his recent bonus. There would be none left for us :)
