Thanks for all the digging guys.......I have been swamped but this is HUGE news to me and I don't like it one bit!  A management fee of almost 1 million to Nord Gold????  70 day interest fee loan of almost 8 million to a Nord Gold affiliate???  This is an absolute conflict of interest and should not go unnoticed or un-responded to by us the minority.  Last time I checked, HRG was operating and managing before Nord Gold even existed.......I guess HRG is silently funding the positions that Nord Gold hired and cannot afford to pay!!! 

I might not have cared so much if these slime balls had taken our SP to where it should be, but getting screwed while we are being screwed is a little too much!!!
