RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Why I'm voting NOYes Cabbie, I did send an email to Tyler last week requesting them to disclose their backlog but didn't hear back from him.  I also implied that without full disclosure of material, known information this could be interpreted as possible fodder for a class-action lawsuit because the pricing of every option that is awarded to management at these depressed share prices is unfair.
