PV vs EPL

PV market cap is $9.13 million at todays price with 12.6 mil shares OS.
EPL market cap is $29.6 million with 78 mil shares OS.
Hope this clarifies why PV's share price is higher. Actually it should be way more than double EPL's with 1/6 as many shares OS. PV is very tightly held and should skyrocket with some positive news IMHO.
