RE: If MOZ wants to buy out MOA.....

RE: If MOZ wants to buy out MOA.....D1945, iI MOZ market fails to wake up to the developments at VLake, maybe MOA should be the one doing the takeovers!

As the operator, MOZ has the main promotional abilities to tell the story. Appears they have gone to sleep listening to the sweet sounds of the drill rigs as they continue to return exceptional numbers. Every release to date(see my prior post for an example) from the 2011 program has added value to the VLAke deposit. Why is this story not been told? Is MOZ playing for time before they attempt to consolidate VLake? Something out-of-the-ordinary seems at work here. Gold is at all time highs and trending up. Is MOZ planning to make some lowball offer or are they just completely ignoring their own shareholders interests by not telling the VLake story in a promotional way it deserves? Their trading volumes have completely dried up and as a result their share price has been dwindling. They are the "lead hand" here and it is a poor show they are performing.

It also appears that MOA shareholders are getting caught up in this underperformance and don't know how to properly price the company. The current Market Cap of MOA is only about $25MM in total. With way over $5MM in cash still in the bank this is pricing all their properties, including VLake, at under $20MM. At this phase in the process with gold approaching $1,500 I suggest MOA's 50% of VlLke is worth a minimum of $75MM($250 per in ground oz  times 600,000oz times 50%) if the developing story were property told.

It is because of this serious disconnect to current valuations that I am thinking something else must be holding back the operator from telling this compelling story.
