I think many people will be surprised when all things will come together very soon.

About the JV in Don Ramon I think that the are trying to get the best deal they can and that would be helped much by the Yamana deal to give the taras more credibility and recognition in the markets. So I think they wait the Yamana deal finalization out and then make the best deal they can for Don Ramon.

About the delay in the financials. They have all financials in place except some quarters for 2009. All quarters in 2010 and all years before that except the 2009s are in place. I do not think they would have filed them a couple of months ago if they didnt intend to file the rest. My guess is that they will file the remaining 2009 quarters with the Q1 2011 at the 15th of april the latest (that is the deadline for the Q1).

Now it is time for TRGD and TARM to shine again.
We have waited a long time but very soon it is pay time.
