Sorry f3drivr,
this cats been around too long to think there is anything that would give me 12%/15% -whatever;
without SUBSTANTIAL risk. The investment may be great- don't get me wrong here. Iam not saying it is no good or anything like that- I am not making an evaluation on the inveswtment; only on the risk- it is just that people need to understand that to get the return quoted comes with a great deal of risk.
These days, anything greater than 6-7%-I would catagorize as substantial risk. If peole go into investments they need to go in with their eyes wide open to what the real risk is.
