I agree with you 100%, I believed they did this publicity stunt to help with the pp.
I tried to participate and could not. Apparently everything is full. Maybe the broker I delt with is no good. I would like to put in 100k, if you are successful maybe you can send me the info of your broker via my inbox.
There is one thing I disagree with you on: you cannot wait or time the announcement of a contract. You just dont know when these things happen and when they do then you are obliged to announce it.
Supply agreements and other BS news with no mention of $$$ can be announced whenever, a tactic to boost SP. But contracts with $$$ have to be announced and you cannot time those.
Maybe the BBD contract are rumours, but I believe when you hear canal argent and the news paper say that noveko is about to announce big contract, I dont think they would say that for no reason. So this is what I believe will be announced next, there is a chance of it next week but this is speculation on my behalf.
