YAWN.

The vastmajority of reverse stock splits do not work. The majority of failuresare with stocks trading for less than a dollar by near bankruptcompanies trying not to be de-listed. Reverse splits done with stockstrading over $1 but less than $5 have a better track record than thepenny stocks but there is still no guarantee of success.

Youshould be very careful when staying with a company through a reversesplit because, most of the time, the stock price will start to dropafter the split. Companies will use these splits as a last resort tokeep their company from being delisted from an exchange so you shouldevaluate the company very carefully when deciding if you are going tokeep your shares in the company.

Does this sound like AUN? Think not.
