This is too easy
This is too easy Exs = $93,600,000 million market cap. So how much gold would exs have to have in the ground to support this number based on the twp flagship property.
Lets see 93,600,000(cap)/1,473(POG) = 63,543 ounces to support that market cap. Oh wait but that would be gold already mined, refined and poured into bars which is one in about two thousand projects that ever hits production.
So lets see if we look at what other companies have sold gold in the ground for lately. Seems to me that about $150 an ounce at this depth would make some people very happy. $150 is way too much for the depth but will work for this model.
150(pog in ground) x 63,543(see above) = $9.5 million... uh oh thats a far cry from the $93,600,000 that we need to support our current market cap.
$93,600,000(current market cap)/ $150(POG in ground) = 624 000 ounces. To support the current SP we should see drill results that would indicate a resource of at least 624,000 ounces at this time. With no further spending needed to prove such a resource.
How many ounces are currently being indicated?
What is the burn rate?
How many more financing would have to take place to prove a resource of this kind?
Conclusion. Exs is too over valued for me to make an investment at this time.
