Condor Resources finishes seven holes at Pucamayo

2011-04-11 06:15 MT - News Release

Mr. Patrick Burns reports

CONDOR RESOURCES INC.: SEVEN DRILL HOLES COMPLETED AT PUCAMAYO WEST

Condor Resources Inc.'s drilling is progressing well, with seven drillholes completed at the Pucamayo West gold-silver prospect located inIca department, Peru, further to its news release in Stockwatch on March3, 2011. No assays have yet been received from the active drillprogram.

The first drill hole was collared on March 16th, and to date, a total ofseven of twelve planned shallow diamond drill holes totalling 777meters have been completed.

The drill program at Pucamayo West is designed to test the numerous NWand NE trending low to intermediate sulphidation multiphasequartz-carbonate veins, the largest of which has been traced alongstrike for 1500m with an average width on surface of over 15m. Themajority of the drill holes to date have successfully intersected thequartz-carbonate veins and brecciated quartz at vertical depths of 30mto 67m below surface and with interpreted true widths ranging up to 8m.The quartz veins show a complicated history of multiple generations ofveining. Several resistivity and chargeability geophysical anomalies arecoincident with the surface mineralized dominant NNW-striking vein andassociated secondary structures. The current drill program is testingthese structure at several locations along strike and at depth. To date, the geophysical anomalies are an excellent guide to tracing theepithermal veins below surface.

Road access and drill platform construction, along with continuedprospecting, has resulted in the discovery of several new veins on theproperty which are currently being methodically sampled.

The diamond drilling is being conducted according to standard industrybest practices. HQ core is logged and the samples are marked prior tobeing systematically photographed. Blanks and certified standards areroutinely added into the sample sequence in order to independentlyassess analytical accuracy. Condor personnel transport the sealed samplebags to the ALS Peru laboratory in Lima for analysis. The ALS Perufacility complies with the requirements for the international standardsISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17025:2005.

Results will be released upon completion of the drill program and subsequent receipt of assays from the laboratory.

Dr. Richard Culbert is the Qualified Person under NI 43-101 who has approved the technical content of this news release.
