I've read some analyst reports and they seem to give Gammon low multiple targets because they had a single asset before (when El Cubo project was suspended). Now Gammon not only has Capital Gold's operating mine, but Gammon also has El Cubo up and running again and will be producing in the 2nd half of this year. So that's three operating mines by the end of this year. Analyst no longer have an excuse to give this a low multiple target and will probably be pushing their institutional clients to buy Gammon in the coming weeks.
Anyways, I have a position at about $10 and will be looking to add more if this pulls back further with the price of gold/silver.
I say, have a few bids in at prices you would want to buy Gammon at and put in a stink bid on the off chance someone screws up a trade and just go on about your day and let Gammon keep doing what they're doing.
