my first reason before buying a junior gold or silver mining stock is management,bought OGR and didn't sell any of my shares yet,why,simple,believe the new ceo can bring OGR at a higher market cap,if it wouldn't be the case,would sell for a loss,say to myself,what a dumbass that i am,open a bottle of scotch and relax in front of the river in my backyard,there's two kind of human being,those who take action and just shut up,those who do nothing and keep whining,my dad taught me this lesson many years ago,prefer to stand in the first camp...
