Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE: RE: RE: RE: Ok, it's a long shot...Unfortunately, big companies like Panasonic prefer to defy companies like Sensio, rather than negotiate a deal.  Sensio does not have the money for a long battle in court.  Take a look at Wi-Lan (win.to), they had to wait almost three years after filing a lawsuit against Intel, Broadcom, LG, etc, to get a deal.  They own critical patents for WiMax (among others).  Now they have near 200M$ in the bank and expecting 115M$ in 2011.

Also, Wi-Lan created a subsidiary called Gladius, that partners with inventors and patent owners, license the patents to corporate users, and share the revenues.  A month ago, I wrote to Tyler Burns of Wi-Lan to inform them of Sensio.  I think our company will need their expertise in licensing in the coming years.  Sensio specializes in 3D technology, not in patent negotiations...

Good luck to all.
