...a word of warning....

...a word of warning.......I, too have received a number of PM's over the many months of this B-movie from LaLa.  this latest one, a few days ago, was again, in the form of a "baiting" manuever, in which she was trying to elicit some sort of infamatory remark.

...Since her arrival on the board, I was suspect, and tried to work out a number of different scenarios of who or what she may be involved with.  There was much too much talk of housewives and cookie baking to gain my confidence.  Yes, she may have lost her a$$, but that is only a sidebar.  My thoughts were along the lines of either an AZG players wife/sister/relative, or maybe someone connected to the Silver Summit, or maybe someone with connections to the Wallace/Osborne community...she say's she's from Canada.   Regardless.........

...Since the legal gears have now started to turn, there needs to be a very careful and judicious use of open criticism and anger directed towards Matt, AZG and other posters who may play us for the mean, evil, people we are.  I still think that with the help of a seasoned attorney like Jan Alston, especially if he is representing AZG, there could still be a positive outcome for Matt and the Co., so we need to let the regulators take the high road here.  Mr. Alston could possibly petiton the board for receivership, or something which would amount to the same thing.

...What I would recommend is contacting the lead case worker at ASC regarding AZG, if you have any pertinant info which relates to this case, and in this way, be a participant, and not fall into any traps set to defame or assist  AZG in mounting a defense strategy based on slander or libelous merits.........
