Anyhow you want the news release about the 70 million $.10 share placement complete with 70 million attached warrants. December I think.
Might as well check out the one about the 5ish million options in January too while you're at it.

You guys might get lucky. If the new honourable director is any indication a large pump may be just around the corner to squeeze a few more pennies out of the share price for a short while. Maybe news of a new property will be next? Some nicely orchestrated pumpage could keep the price artificially afloat for weeks.
Won't last tho. No mini-explorer with a greenfield property, 240 million shares outstanding, and only a couple of million bux [after propery etc acquisition] in the bank is gonna stay above $.10 or so for long.
Have to think long and hard about this one even at $.10. The way this is beginning to look to me a reverse split could be in the not too distant future.
