Speaking of insiders and such...how is it that the terms of Gene's contract with INT has not been released in an NR?...as it is a must do for INT since they announced him as an actual business partner...so did that mean Gene actually bought into the company directly for "X" amount of shares OR has he been guaranteed an "X" amount of options at a set price.

Had anyone contacted the office and/or previously posted the terms...I would very much like to see that again if you could please.
