I couldn't agree more.
Obviously there is a process ahead, but it would seem they have selected a very competent partner moving forward on the marine side of things. Hopefully, with their expertise Allied can move the certification process along quickly. I'm not sure how long this JV was in the works, the upside for both parties could be very beneficial. I would  also assume Allied has thoroughly done their due diligence, which bodes well for investors that this deal is officially on the table.
