Galena Capital Corp. has appointed Craig Lindsay as a director of the company.

Mr. Lindsay has in excess of 20 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking and business development in both North America and Asia. He is currently a founder, president and chief executive officer of Otis Gold Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Lindsay was a founder, president and CEO of Magnum Uranium Corp. until its merger with Energy Fuels Inc., and formerly was a vice-president in the corporate finance and investment banking group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Additionally, he is currently a director of Tarsis Resources Ltd.

Mr. Lindsay has a bachelor of commerce (finance) from the University of British Columbia (1989), an MBA (finance and international business) from Dalhousie University (1993) and is a chartered financial analyst. He is president of the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association (Vancouver section) and a past chairman of the Family Services of Greater Vancouver.
