Insiders Buying !!

Insiders Buying !!Q: How much Cameco stock have insiders bought since the March 14 crash?

A: 1000 shares. Thats right: ONE THOUSAND SHARES.  The intrepid risk takers are:

3/28/11: Fox - + 500 @ $29.91
4/1/11: Bronkhorst: + 500 shrs @$29.77

Of course one has to consider the insider buying in light of how disposable income they make: CEO got $3MM in cash in 2010. There are 13  directors, (which seems like alot) each get about $130,000 per year for being on the board of this fine company. None of them have bought any shares.

Also consider there was alot of insider selling at the $40 level. Apparently they don't want to put their profits to work down at these levels and buy back in. For example  George Assie sold net about $1.4 MM worth of shares at $40 before the crash, and even bought some at $37, but hasn't bought any since the crash. There are other examples.

Insiders know.
