I don't see this statement about the southern holes associated with the potential open pit "To date, mineralization in these holes has been less consistent than the northern section of the deposit" as necessarily that negative, although as you say it does contribute to uncertainty as stated. Nevertheless, I prefer to see greater consistency underground, while some variability (less consistent values) might be more suitable for surface mining.

The NR is refreshingly, not an overplay of the results.
