OT: possible milestone April 15

OT: possible milestone April 15Vice Minister of Mines,Federico Auqilla intimated at PDAC that the first two mineral exploitation contracts are expected to be signed by April 15. We'll see soon enough. Ecuador also keeps suggesting they'll publish the model contracts and keeps failing to deliver; why so damn secretive? Perhaps too many cooks in the kitchen to get anything done in Ecuador? MRNNR and Correa are proving rather ineffective in getting the industry on its feet, aside from artisanal miners. MRNNR is sitting like a deer in the headlights when it comes to wider mining industry, when they should to be granting permits on a regular basis if the country is to be trusted. There was virtually no coverage following Ecuador's attendence at PDAC, despite the high level representation.
