RE: ARE YOU SERIOUS???????????????I guess some folks are too stupid to read the nr,they are about to deliver an oil slick warning system to the tune of a million dollars, this is just one of the projects they are involved  in, looking at the charts the stock looks very good along with insider buying, I believe it is on it's way up, many stocks are just starting to wake up after the big correction.
