Great news

Great newsI am guessing that the Commobility team had been working on a mobile app that David felt would enhance INT ... no?
Nothing wrong with picking up the whole kit and kaboodle if it aids INT's rollout of their mobile apps.  This deal was in the works for more than a few days in my opinion with David bouncing back and forth between coasts so the 74-cents would probably have been the average share price during discussions.

Everyone DID notice the part in the release which stated :

Formed recently by a group of mobile, online and IP experts, the Commobility team has been responsible for the development of key applications in real time semantic search, location based mobile video search and real-time communication platforms and large scale mobile messaging and service delivery platforms that are currently used by telecommunications firms around the world.
