Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

I'm just posting what my thoughts are - no need for the childish insults. Sometimes dealing with people on SH is like dealing with 13-year old girls...

Anyway, I thought the same thing as you (moving on to C14) until I talked to IR and was informed that remediation and evaluation of the first interval is ongoing and almost complete. Why don't you call them up and find out what's going on before spewing off?
