Commobility acquisition thoughtsThe fact that the deal requires final review is promosing with a rising share price.
By striking the deal at 6 million shares at
.74 per share I interpret this as Commobility agreeing to be acquired for $4.5 million (6,000,000 x 0.74) so, with a final review, perhaps the amount of shares provided to Commobility decreases to maintain the arrangement of $4.5 million. If this is the case then this deal is even better as it results in less share dillution.
Example, 3 million INT shares priced at $1.50 vs the original proposed deal of 6 million INT shares at
.74. Of course, the review could result in Commobility requesting to be valued/acquired for the same 6 million shares regardless of price. Effectively, Commobility suggests they are now worth more to INT than they were at the time of the press release.
Just some further insight.
