The Company is focused on advancing its 100% owned gold properties in the Gaspe Gold Belt of Quebec, Canada. The Company is the owner of the Lac Arsenault Property, the VG Boulder Property, and the Robidoux Property. The Lac Arsenault project is located in the Gaspe Peninsula of Quebec, approximately 25 kilometers (kms) north of Paspebiac and 58 kilometers from Bonaventure, covering a total of 4,118 hectares. The Robidoux project is located in the western Gaspe Peninsula, Quebec, covering 1,940 hectares. RE: RE: RE: whats goin onI asked the question and his response was you must be listening to idiot on the board this issue no longer exists the payment for the property has been made and they are no longer involved.   SOC is simply going through the full process for their share holders and it is now and issues with the Government.  He laughed at what was going on here with the board he said within a few weeks they should have more results and the land in Ethiopia is being dealt with.  Once they deal with the spin off of Ethiopia property this will add more value to the company and then they will be going for a listing on the TSX but he feel that won't really change the SP all that much.
